Annual Awards Night 2025: The People Behind 12,000 Bookings
Consultant of the Year, the Night Shift Award, and the trophy nobody wanted to win twice

Twelve thousand and forty bookings. That was the number on the screen behind the stage, and it is the only reason there was a stage at all. Consultant of the Year — Simran Kaur Simran took the escalation nobody wanted: a family of six stranded at Toronto Pearson on a cancelled connection, at 1am her time. She rebuilt the itinerary through Frankfurt, kept the family in one cabin, and called the grandmother in Ludhiana so somebody would still be at the airport to meet them.
Then she finished her shift. The Night Shift Award — the 11pm to 7am desk Most of our travellers are in North America, which means most of our real work happens while Mohali sleeps. This award went to the whole overnight pod, and the trophy stays on their bank of desks permanently. They have already stuck a sign on it. Rookie of the Year — Aman Verma Four months in and holding a 4.9 rating across 300+ calls.
Aman's habit of writing the fare rules out in plain English before quoting has quietly become how the rest of the floor does it too. What we are proudest of 4.9★ average rating across Google and Trustpilot, held all year Zero unresolved escalations carried into the new year Nine consultants promoted from within, no external senior hires needed 24/7 coverage maintained every single day, including festival weeks And the awards we gave ourselves quietly The one that mattered most is not a trophy.
It is the number of families who called back and asked for the same consultant by name. That happened 1,100 times in 2025. That is the business working the way it is supposed to. Thank you to every person on this team, and to every traveller who trusted us with a trip that mattered.
