Happy Independence Day from Team Flight Desk India! Every 15th of August, we pause from planning journeys for our travelers and take a moment to celebrate the journey of our own nation. This year was no different — our office turned into a sea of saffron, white, and green as Team Flight Desk India came together to celebrate 78 years of independence with energy, laughter, and pride. A Tricolor Welcome The celebrations started right at the entrance, with balloon clusters in the tricolor cascading down the ceiling and hallways.
The entire office — desks, cabins, and walkways — was decked up in orange, white, and green, setting the mood for a day full of festivity. Team Spirit on Full Display Colleagues came dressed in traditional attire, waved the national flag, and gathered for a group photo that captured the pride and unity of the Flight Desk India family. From the youngest team member to senior leadership, everyone joined in with equal enthusiasm.
Games, Face Paint, and Fun No celebration at Flight Desk India is complete without some friendly competition! The team played an energetic number-calling game that had everyone on their feet, cheering each other on. Face painting stations added a playful touch, with tricolor flags and patriotic symbols proudly displayed on cheeks throughout the office. Lunch and Camaraderie The celebrations continued over a team lunch, giving everyone a chance to unwind, share stories, and enjoy the day together — because celebrating milestones as a team is what makes Flight Desk India feel like family.
Freedom, Gratitude, and the Road Ahead As a travel company, freedom means something special to us — it's the freedom to explore, to dream, and to journey without limits. This Independence Day reminded us why we do what we love: helping people explore the world, just as our nation continues to explore new heights of progress.
